Our club is an IRS tax exempt corporation under tax code 501(c)(3).
Donations to the club are tax deductible.
All donations are used to support our two repeater systems, training exercises, educational programs, and our portable communication equiptment that can be used whenever auxiliary emergency communications are needed in Hancock County.

WNAP, “The Buzzard,” has confirmed that they will be featuring our Hancock Amateur Radio Club Field Day event on their cue sheet throughout the month of June, providing us with complimentary on‑air announcements and shining a spotlight on our club across the region.

At a fundraiser for our organization on 19 June 2026, LEOS MARKET & EATERY on N State Street, Greenfield contributed a percentage of their proceeds during the lunch period to assist us with purchasing some needed items for our club. Stop by Leos for coffee, snacks, lunch, or gas when in the area.

MEN IN THE MIRROR will be providing the grill and manpower to do the cooking for our annual 24 hour Field Day Event in June 2026. We appreciate Josh volunteering his teams support in order to free club members up do handle other operational tasks.

Our club now has shirts and hats with our club logo displayed thanks to FOUNTAIN SQUARE USA working with us to make this happen. They do all kinds of graphic designs on clothing – check them out the next time you need something silk screened!

By providing out club with a substantial discount on a wrap for our equipment trailer, WRAP HOUSE GRAPHICS gave us the opportunity to advertise our organizations identity wherever our remote command post is set up in the county. They can also supply wall graphics and various signs for your special occasion.

HOMETOWN PIZZA provided a fundraiser for our club by sharing a a percentage of their proceeds one evening in May 2026. Their contribution will be used to purchase items needed to support our ongoing activities in Hancock County. The next time you order a pizza Hometown is the place to go!

A special thanks to the HANCOCK REGIONAL HOSPITAL FOUNDATION, INC. for their recent donation of $500.
Their gift will be used to support our ongoing efforts to provide emergency communications to local agencies in Hancock County.

Many thanks to KELMAR SAFETY, INC., Greenfield for their very generous donations of $10,000. These funds were used to purchase 3 Yaesu FTDX10 transceivers, a wall tent, UPS Power Supplies, and accessories for use during summer and winter Field Days.
It will also be used for other remote communication operations and to support Hancock County during a major disaster.
