The safety officer and/or assistant is responsible for making sure all field day activities are carried out in a safe manner reducing the probability of injury or death of anyone present including visitors.
The safely officer shall fill out and sign the Safety Officer Checklist and deliver to the FD Chairperson at the end of the event.
